		CAN I BE A FRANCHISEE? We take a great deal of care in selection. If you truly want to succeed and are willing to give us your full time commitment, then we are for you. The well being of our entire business, our reputation and that of all our other Franchisees hangs on the care we take in selecting the right business partner. You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit, however, we also need to know that you will be a team player. WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS? You will need to meet your stock delivery between 6:30am and 9:00am, however you will have finished just after lunch. To meet the needs of the breakfast, midmorning & lunchtime trade, our busy time is generally from 7:00am all the way through to around 1:30pm every working day. Weekend special outdoor events or platters for corporate lunches are entirely optional. WILL I BE RICH? We cannot promise you that. We do promise that if you follow our methods and devote all of your effort to the project - you have a good chance of earning a great income. That’s what is important for most people. HOW MUCH MONEY DO I NEED? Most franchisees like to invest liquid funds of between 50%-70% of the package cost. We have arrangements with the major high street banks who will be pleased to offer funding in the right circumstances. You must also be credit worthy.
		WILL I NEED TO SELL? No, not in any traditional sense. To be successful you will need to be comfortable with your ability to communicate & visit potential customers. You need to enjoy meeting people and be able to explain your service effectively and understand the needs of your customer. DO I NEED A COMPUTER? A basic computer with email facility is always useful in business. You might also want to do your own accounts and we will help you find the right package to use. A basic computer spec will be supplied to you at one of our meetings. CAN I START PART TIME? No, our customers can be very demanding you need to make a full time commitment. However, some may consider the hours of 7am–1:30pm to be part- time hours, although the afternoons are useful for business development. DO I HAVE MY OWN TERRITORY? All our territories are legally defined and described in your franchise agreement that will show your post coded area of prime responsibility. CAN I SELL MY BUSINESS? Yes you can sell your business at any time. However we must approve the buyer’s suitability, in the same way as we do with all new Franchisees. IS THERE ANY SMALL PRINT? Absolutely not. Every action we take and everything we expect of you is clearly spelled out in your legally binding franchise agreement. That agreement and our membership of the British Franchise Association are your guarantees of our honest commitment to you and your customers. WHAT ABOUT COMPETITION? There are many competitors seeking to serve the workplace. Many of the old outdated vehicles will never meet today’s health standards.
